जालंधर लॉकडाउन, रविवार से बुधवार तक पूरा शहर रहेगा बंद, जिला प्रशासन ने दिए आदेश

जिले में कोरोना वायरस को फैलने से रोकने के लिए जिला प्रशासन की तरफ से जिले को पूर्ण बंद करने का फ़ैसला लिया गया है और इस दौरान किसी के आने -जाने और भीड़ करने की मनाही होगी ।
डिप्टी कमिश्नर जालंधर श्री वरिन्दर कुमार शर्मा और पुलिस कमिश्नर श्री गुरप्रीत सिंह भुल्लर और एस.एस.पी.जलंधर श्री नवजोत सिंह माहल ने कहा कि जिले में पूर्ण बंद 22 मार्च दिन रविवार को प्रात:काल 7 बजे से शुरू हो कर 25 मार्च दिन बुद्धवार की आधी रात तक रहेगा । उन्होने कहा कि पूर्ण बंद के दौरान जिले में व्यापारिक संस्थाओं को पूर्ण बंद रखा जाये और लोक हित के लिए कुछ संस्थाओं को खुला रखा जायेगा । उन्होने कहा कि जरूरी वस्तुओं की सेवाओं को लेने और इन सेवाओं को उपल4ध करवाने वाले लोगों को बाहर आने की इजाजत होगी।
डिप्टी कमिश्नर,पुलिस कमिश्नर और एस.एस.पी.ने कहा कि किसी को भी लोगों की किसी प्रकार की लूट -मार करने की आज्ञा नहीं दी जायेगी और ऐसे लोगों के विरुद्ध सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जायेगी । उन्होने बताया कि सिविल और पुलिस प्रशासन के आधिकारियों की इस पूर्ण बंद को प्रभावशाली ढंग के साथ लागू करने के लिए टीमों का गठन किया गया है । उन्होने बताया कि ऐमरजंसी वाहनों के अतिरि1त बाकी वाहनों के चलने की मनाही होगी डिप्टी कमिश्नर, पुलिस कमिश्नर और एस.एस.पी.ने कहा कि केवल जरूरी सेवाओं के लिए परिवार के एक मैंबर को बाहर आने -जाने की इजाजत दी जायेगी । उन्होने कहा कि महामारी कंट्रोल ए1ट के अंतर्गत मिले अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिले में किसी प्रकार का लोगों की भीड़ होने से रोकने के लिए हर कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
इस अवसर पर अतिरि1त डिप्टी कमिश्नर विषेश सारंगल और जसबीर सिंह भी उपस्थित थे ।

Administration imposes lockdown for restriction of movement and gathering in the Jalandhar Move aimed at checking spread of Corona virus in district Jalandhar, March 21- In order to prevent the spread of Corona Virus in the district, the Jalandhar administration has decided to enforce a lockdown for restriction of movement and gathering in the district. Announcing this Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma, Commissioner of Police Mr Gurpreet Singh Bhullar and Senior Superintendent of Police said that the lockdown would be enforced from 7 am on Sunday (March 22) till midnight on Wednesday (March 25). They said that during the lockdown all the commercial establishments in the district except few categories of exempted ones, which were required for the larger public interest, would be closed. The officers said that the takers of essential services and the providers of these services would be allowed to move with riders. The Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner of Police and Senior Superintendent of Police said that no one would be allowed to loiter and severest of severe action would be taken against them. They said that the committees of the civil and Police officers have been constituted to enforce this effectively. The officers further said that movement of vehicles in, outside and within the city would be restricted to emergency vehicles. The Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner of Police and Senior Superintendent of Police categorically said that only one person from a family would be allowed to move out for availing the essential services. They said that the movement would be restricted in Jalandhar as per the powers vested through the Epidemic Act. The officers said that every step would be taken to restrict gathering and movement in the districtÍ On the occasion Additional Deputy Commissioners Mr Vishesh Sarangal and Mr Jasbir Singh were also present.
